We aim to be an ‘amalgam-free’ practice and are committed to lower the environmental impact from the use of industrial mercury, which is a constituent of dental amalgam fillings.
St Mawes Dental is one of Cornwall’s longest-established private dental practices. We have gained a reputation for providing advanced restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry in the Southwest.
Established in 1988, St Mawes Dental is owned by Dr Nina Khaira, a talented, award-winning dentist with advanced skills. She has continued treating and caring for patients living on The Roseland Peninsula, Truro, Tregony, Veryan, Probus, Mevagissey, and St Austell areas to the highest standards. Patients regularly visit us from Falmouth, Penryn, Helston, and Penzance, as well as from out of the country and even internationally!
Nina is one of the most highly qualified general dentists in the South West and, as a dentist with a special interest in advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry, holds a referral clinic twice a month at the only centre of its kind in Cornwall.
In June 2021, Nina was appointed as an Associate Non-Executive Director for the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust – a challenging yet exciting opportunity!
With the assistance of an extremely skilled team, we are excited to announce that we are the only family dental practice in Cornwall that exclusively employs dentists who are trained to a minimum Masters level.
We invest appropriate time in our patients in order to guarantee the utmost care, excellent customer service, and clinical standards, and that starts with getting to know you properly.
Join us at St Mawes Dental for the peace of mind that your dental health will be in exceptional hands.
